By accessing propertyproscollective.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Property Pros Collective LLC provides real estate training and professional development through Property Pros Academy, operational consulting through Market Edge Solutions, digital resources for individual agents, and free assessments. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue offerings at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you receive access credentials, course materials, or shared deliverables, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for activity under your access.

Fees are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars. Training bookings and consulting engagements are governed by the scope, fee, and payment schedule set out in the individual agreement or booking confirmation. Unless that agreement says otherwise, a deposit holds a training date and the balance is due before the session. Digital products are sold through the storefront named at checkout and are subject to its terms.

Access to services is personal and non-transferable. Deliverables, timeline, and scope are defined in writing before work begins and do not change without mutual agreement. Consulting work begins once the required operational information has been provided in full.

Classes are delivered as professional development. Continuing-education credit is available only where the relevant state authority has approved the class, and approval status varies by state and over time. We do not guarantee that any class will qualify for credit in your jurisdiction; confirm approval with us before booking if credit is required.

Consulting findings are based on the information you supply. Recommendations are professional judgment, not audited results, guarantees, or assurances. The accuracy and usefulness of any finding depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide.

Property Pros Collective LLC is not a law firm, a certified public accounting firm, or a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this site, in a class, or in our deliverables constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, a tax opinion, an audit, or investment advice. Training on fair housing, ethics, and AI use is educational and does not replace the guidance of your own counsel or your state regulator. You are responsible for consulting your own qualified professionals before acting.

You agree to use the site and our services lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, infringement, and any unlawful or abusive conduct are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.

We provide our services with reasonable care and quality. The outcomes you achieve depend on your own effort, decisions, systems, and circumstances. Active participation and timely input from you are necessary for the work to succeed.

All content on this site and within our services, including text, course materials, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and recordings, is protected and remains our property or that of our licensors. You receive only a limited license for your own internal use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Course materials may not be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Deliverables produced in an engagement, including assessments, roadmaps, and operating documents, are licensed for your own internal business use. Redistribution or resale outside the agreed license is prohibited. Specific license terms are set out in the engagement agreement.

Information you share in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to perform the work. Where an engagement agreement includes its own confidentiality terms, those terms control.

Feedback, survey responses, and testimonials you provide may be used in our marketing only with your permission. You may withdraw consent for future use by contacting kelsey@propertyproscollective.com.

Training bookings and consulting engagements are governed by the refund and cancellation terms in their individual agreement. Where no such term applies, fees paid are non-refundable. Digital products are subject to the refund terms of the storefront where they were purchased.

Our content and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantee of specific results, production, recruiting, revenue, cost savings, or other outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the site or a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the site or services or your violation of these Terms.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including travel disruption affecting an in-person session. Where that occurs we will work with you to reschedule or deliver virtually.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with any applicable engagement agreement or booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
