She entered real estate through commercial brokerage in 2017, specializing in multi-tenant investment properties, professional services, medical offices, and flex space. Her work has included valuation support, acquisition analysis, tenant strategy, negotiation, and advisory guidance for investors, business owners, and growing firms.

In addition to her transactional background, Kelsey brings a strong instructional foundation shaped by years of consulting, training, and systems development. She is recognized for breaking down complex topics—such as financial analysis, negotiation strategy, and emerging technology—into practical frameworks that are easy to understand and immediately usable.
