Kelsey Bartley is a Tennessee-based Realtor®, business strategist, and certified real estate instructor with more than a decade of experience in sales, finance, and operations. She began her real estate career in 2017, specializing in multi-tenant commercial and investment properties, where she combined her background in finance and consulting to help investors and business owners maximize performance through sound strategy and data-driven decisions.
After years of watching talented agents face burnout, navigate inconsistent mentorship, and struggle to integrate systems and technology effectively, Kelsey set out to build something different.
