Market Edge Solutions

Operations that can carry your next stage of growth.

Market Edge Solutions rebuilds how a growing real estate business runs, so scaling adds momentum instead of chaos. For firms that have outgrown the systems that got them here and want the next stage to feel like an upgrade.

Free Brokerage Scorecard

See where your operation stands.

Five minutes, and you get a scored read on the firm across six areas, your three biggest gaps, and a specific first move for each. It shows where the operation is strong and where it is leaking time, before we ever talk.

AGENT SKILLSSYSTEMSEXPOSURE

Who it is for

Operational consulting for real estate businesses where friction in the systems is costing real money.

  • Brokerages past 50 agents, or boutique firms handling high transaction volume in larger markets (we scope fit in discovery)

  • Property management operators past 300 units

  • Appraisal firms running high report volume

  • Title and lending operations

  • Investor groups and firms handling large portfolios, plus other adjacent real estate businesses

If you are a solo agent or a small team, the Academy is the better fit. This side is for firms redesigning the operation itself.

Where the operation leaks

A firm’s core workflow, mapped. The audit finds the marked nodes; the engagement redesigns them.

What usually brings a firm here

The work is getting done. The way it gets done is the problem.

  • 01

    The workarounds became the process

Steps that were a temporary fix two years ago are now how the firm runs, and only a few people know them.

  • 02

Growth costs more than it returns

Every new agent, unit, or file adds overhead and rework instead of compounding what is already there.

  • 03

The same fires, on a loop

Deadlines, handoffs, and month-end close eat the week, and the fix never gets built because nobody has the room.

  • 04

AI is in the building, unmanaged

People are already using it. Nobody has decided where it belongs, what is approved, or who checks the output.

None of that means the firm is broken. It means the operation was built for the size you were, and you have outgrown it.

What working together looks like

Two engagements.

Fixed scope

AI Operations Audit

A fixed-scope assessment that shows you where the operation is losing time and money, and what to fix first. You get:

  • A map of how your firm actually runs today, bottlenecks and all
  • The functions with the highest payoff to redesign or automate, ranked
  • The tools and the order to get there, in a phased roadmap

A fast, affordable way to see the opportunity clearly before committing to a larger build.

Project-scoped

Operational Design Engagement

A project-scoped engagement where we redesign how the firm operates and put it into practice. What that looks like depends on where you are. Examples of the type of work:

  • Standing up or restructuring a specialized division (commercial, property management, investment, luxury, or new construction)
  • A scaling strategy for a firm growing faster than its systems
  • Rebuilding property-management operations so turnover and workflows stop leaking time and money
  • An AI-assisted operations layer for a high-volume appraisal firm (AppraisalOS), built bespoke to the firm
  • Designing talent-development programs that build a bench as you grow
  • Staffing, roles, and organizational restructuring that hold up as the firm scales

Scope and price are set in a short discovery conversation, around what your firm actually needs.

Examples are illustrative of the type of work we do, but are not all-inclusive.

If the real question is money, not operations

Some firms come to me because the operation is straining. Others come because the economics are not working: margin leaking somewhere they cannot see, pricing that drifted, numbers that do not add up the way they should. That work is what I do through Artemina Group, a financial-structure advisory practice. If that is closer to your situation, you can find it there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Something not covered here? Email it over and I will answer plainly.

How is this different from Artemina Group?

Market Edge Solutions works on the operation: workflows, roles, handoffs, staffing, and the systems the firm runs on. Artemina Group works on the economics: where margin is leaking, how pricing is structured, what the model actually produces. Operational lens here, financial lens there. Same person, different question.

Do we have to start with the audit?

No, but most firms do, because it is the cheapest way to find out whether a larger build is worth doing. The audit is fixed-scope and ends with a deliverable you own whether or not we work together again. If you already know what needs rebuilding, we can scope the engagement directly.

Are you going to tell us to replace all our software?

Usually the opposite. Most firms are paying for tools they are using at a fraction of their capability, and the first pass is almost always about wiring together what you already run. New tools get recommended when there is a real gap, with the reason and the tradeoff written down, and you decide.

Does redesigning the operation mean cutting people?

That is not what this is for, and it is not usually what the work finds. What it usually finds is capable people absorbing work that should be systematized, sitting in roles that grew by accident rather than design. Where staffing does come up, it comes up as a recommendation with the reasoning attached, and the decision stays yours.

How much of our team's time will this take?

The audit is built to be light on you: a short discovery conversation, access to how things currently run, and a handful of interviews with the people doing the work. A design engagement asks for more, because the people who own the work have to shape the redesign for it to survive contact with a real week. The time commitment is set in scoping, in writing, before anything starts.

Is this only for firms that want to use AI?

No. AI is one option among many for where a bottleneck gets solved, and plenty of what the work turns up is not technology at all: an unclear handoff, a role doing two jobs, a process nobody has written down. Where AI genuinely fits, it comes with the guardrails and the review habit attached.
