All offerings are described at the time of purchase or enrollment, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services. You agree to provide accurate information during account creation or checkout and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or inappropriate use of the website, membership, or community platforms.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are listed in US dollars and must be made in full and in advance of receiving access to consulting, digital products, or membership content. Where recurring subscriptions apply, renewals will process automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, exchange rates, or payment processing fees. By purchasing in any of our products, programs, or services, you authorize Artemina Group to charge your payment method for the established amount until the total amount is paid in full. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, Squarespace, or QuickBooks.

5. Membership Terms

Membership access may include live group sessions, recorded video content, downloadable resources, community forums, and other benefits as specified at purchase. Access is personal, non-transferable, and contingent upon an active paid subscription. Cancelling your subscription ends future billing cycles but does not entitle you to refunds for prior payments.

6. Community Participation & Conduct

Members must adhere to published community participation guidelines. Behavior that includes harassment, discrimination, defamation, or disruption of community discussions is strictly prohibited. Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of access without refund. Property Pros Collective reserves the right to update or amend these guidelines at any time.

7. Responsibilities and Provisions

Property Pros Collective agrees to provide reasonable quality, professionalism, and care in delivering consulting, educational, and membership services. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services in a timely and accurate manner, except where prevented by circumstances beyond our control. Participants are responsible for engaging actively, completing assignments, applying knowledge, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Property Pros Collective cannot guarantee results. You acknowledge that results depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances. Artemina Group does not provide legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Property Pros Collective—including but not limited to text, videos, templates, frameworks, and live or recorded sessions—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or shared without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

9. License for Digital Products

Digital downloads and online materials are licensed for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, or republication of these materials in any format is strictly prohibited. Artemina Group reserves the right to revoke licenses or pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use or distribution.

10. Testimonials, Feedback, and Publicity

By submitting testimonials, feedback, or success stories (written, audio, or video), you grant Property Pros Collective permission to use, reproduce, and publish such content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. We may edit testimonials for length or clarity without altering the intended meaning. You may withdraw consent for future use of your testimonial by contacting us at support@propertyproscollective.com.

11. No Refunds

IMPORTANT: All purchases from Property Pros Collective, including but not limited to consulting services, digital downloads, and membership fees are final and non-refundable (including partial refunds) with no exceptions, and all payment obligations remain in place regardless of your satisfaction or level of participation. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

12. No Guarantees or Warranties

All content, consulting, and educational materials are provided on an 'as is' basis for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, revenue, or success. Users are solely responsible for applying the information provided.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Pros Collective, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.
